I was looking for something that would provide me different workouts so I could pick and choose without having to go thru a ton of books designing my own routines. Yep, I was looking for something quick and simple.
This book provides pictures of each exercise and then gives you routines that you can pick and choose from. It's a little advanced from where I am; however, it will be a great learning tool for me.
